These two, three-story railroad style tenements feature yellow brick masonry accentuated by buff terra-cotta lentilss. Quoining and belt courses are achieved with contrasting white masonry. The buildings are in possession of their original pressed-metal cornices. The date and architect of these buildings were determined from the Brooklyn Department of Buildings.
