761 Bushwick Avenue occupies half of an entire city block and the north side (brick building) was formerly Williamsburgh General Hospital which operated until the 1970s. Original construction date is unknown, althought the addition possesses a cornerstone with the year 1963 incised. The entire complex is now one residential, mutil-family apartment building. The date of the historic building was determined from the Brooklyn Department of Buildings.
