History and Analysis
All but 742 Bushwick Avenue retain an original entrance and stoop. These three-story wood-frame 1888 tenements cost $3,500 each to build and were owned by one Mrs. Mulvihill of 115 Lynch Street. Today, the structures feature an array of siding with possible original features concealed.[1]
