History and Analysis

The two-story rowhouses at 65-67 Troutman was built in 1891, and 65 Troutman Street was built to house two families. Designed by Ed. Schneider for owner George Lebonar, the building is 22 feet wide by 30 feet deep. A spruce-framed building with brick piers and brick outer walls with pine siding.[1] Although both structures retain their massing, many of the original facade features have been lost, and the facade has been covered iwth faux siding.
