History and Analysis
The three two-story rowhouses at 41-43 Troutman Street was built in 1893. Designed by Kinzer and Rohl and built by H. Engesser for owner Charles Weber.[1] Although the structures retain their original massing, many of the facade features have been lost or covered with faux siding.
