History and Analysis
Two, two-story rowhouses with raised basements. These frame structures were built in 1884 and cost $2,500 each. 34 Lawton retains an original stoop and iron railing. Both have original entrances. 34 has been covered in vinyl siding and 36 has been stuccoed over.[1]
