History and Analysis
These three four-story tenements were built together; however, 21 Jefferson Street retains the highest level of integrity with its original stoop, cornice, and lintels. The structure at 25 Jefferson Street has been covered with faux siding and a first story addition projects out from the facade. The entire facade of 23 Jefferson Street has been projected out in a later addition, making it the most altered of the trio.
