History and Analysis
Each structure is three-stories with raised basements, and entrances are located in the center of each building, giving them the classification of tenements as opposed to rowhouses. 22 Dodworth has an extra set of windows, making it appear to be four stories. Each building is clad in vinyl siding, and 18 Dodworth is missing its cornice. 20-22 Dodworth possess an original cornice which is concealed beneath vinyl cladding. The date and architect of these buildings was determined from the Brooklyn Department of Buildings.
