This two-story brick building has substantial integrity problems. The original entrance is indiscernable and entrances currently include two garage bays and two door entries. The structure is missing its original lintels except for one on the upper-story right-hand side. Poor re-pointing and a terra-cotta infill also contribute to this building’s lack of historic architectural integrity. According to Cinema Treasures, this building once served as a theater.
