History and Analysis
105-109 Cornelia Street is a row of three three-and-a-half-story apartment buildings built in 1897 to house three families on each building. Although most of the records of the original buildings have been lost, the structures retain a high level of architectural integrity with much of the original characteristics intact, including the brownstone and brick facade, lintels, stoops and cornices.
